I'm prone to sing in grocery stores to the chagrin of my daughter. I recycle. I sometimes sing in bed after love making. I sang in college. I'm not a player but I'm not a virgin either. I've gone a 11/2 yrs without sex before. I don't recommend it! I'm picky about dating partners but I'll talk to anyone. I've never taken drugs. I've been drunk once--my brothers wedding--got so sick and swore I'd never do it again. And I haven't. I do like some wine and good conversation. I was kicked out of a gradeschool. I was a hellion. I love driving fast. I've recorded a few songs. I'm very competitive in sports and never give up. I love whipping up on young 20 yr old bucks in tournaments. I've got the arm for, the speed for and the build for an nfl quarterback and sometimes wish I would have not given up on myself. I took up Tennis 2 yrs ago and I play at a low 4.0 level. I seem bold but I'm a little shy. I'm a great lover but not good with pick up lines and don't like bars or 2nd hand smoke
The Anatomy of peace is my current read. Great book!!
I'm an avid tennis, raquetball, basketball, volleyball player and compete in leagues and tournaments. yeah I'm a sports bach :) I've done some minitriathalons. Have an accumulation of sports trophies.. have been hang gliding..amazing..went parachuting-scared the bahjesus out of me..parasailing.. I do believe in a higher creative being called God but I am more spiritual than religious. I avoid the religious zealots beccause they murdered Jesus, shot Ghandi, killed JFK and Bobby, gunned down Malcolm X, imprisoned Mandella, exiled the Dhali Lama, destroyed Martin Luther King and millions of others because they tried to set us free by teaching us to love ourselves and each other rather than subscribe to an idealogy of judgment, guilt, hatred, domination and death. I think Blaise Pascal was right: paraphrased: I think believing God is a good risk. If I am wrong I lose nothing but if I am right I gain everything. The best God is the one that makes us better human beings. Goethe said: Grey is all theory but green is the tree of life. I want the green tree, I've studied the dead theories. It matters not what you call yourself, i.e. christian, muslim, jew, hindu, atheist, rather it matters what you do with yourself and to others. Live your message. You are anyway :)

I'm hard to label. I'm a business owner and do business/executive and personal development coaching and found my true mission and path. I'm a dad. I'm divorced since 2005. I'm an athlete but yet I'm a poet, a romantic, a singer and a lover. I defy convention, wrote and liturgy. I'm often a bit irrevrant. I sometimes push the envelope, the desk, sometimes the class. I care about and love people. Nietzche was right: what does not kill us makes us stronger. I've studied many religions and accept people for who they are. I tend to say what I think and feel. We are all one whether our egos admit that or not. Sometimes my house is a mess. I want to improve the world by positively impacting 1 million people. I listen carefuly, walk thoughtfully, think carefully, laugh frequently and open slowly. My life is not a dry run and there are no redos so I plan on leaving large tracks that go all over this amazing planet. I'd enjoy connecting with you and if I can help you do, be and have that which you desire most in your llfe then I would enjoy that honor. I'm very good at what I do but I can be bad sometimes too and sometimes breaking the rules is fun. Who made them anyway? :) Carpe Diem
Sometimes in our lives we have to be willing to reverse our thinking and our behaving and do things in a way we've never done them before. Einstein was asked what was the most important question to ask as a human being: he said, "is the universe a safe place?" How you answer that question determines how you live your life. If you believe it is not safe, you will live your life seeking safety and trying to avoid pain. If you say that it is safe, then you will likely live taking risks, and enjoy the adventure. Too many times we spend our lives thinking and anticipated all the "What Ifs" that could happen and we box ourselves into a limited base of experiences. Anxiety and panic attacks are far more prevelanet than most know, are simply the reaction to thinking the universe is not safe. Dare to challenge your assumptios and dare to go out of bounds. Who drew the lines anyway?

This is a poem I wrote about how we choose to respond to lifes disappointments and failed relationships. One of the hardest lessons in life for human beings is to recognize and accept that people lie, mislead and can be selfish and deceitful. When these people are ones that we have bonded with in some form or another, the hurt that follows can seem overwhelming. But if we look up into the night sky, we can almost always see the Big Dipper, reminding us that we can choose a different flavor and choose a larger scoop of life rather than disappointment. We can create new and healthy relationships with people who truly value and love us in deed and not just in word.We must first be willing to give up the win-lose game and exchange it for a win-win game and require our partner/s to love, value and respect us even as we love value and respect them.I hope this poem moves you into healthier relationships which will enable you to experience more joy and fullness in life.
If not you than who?If not now then when?
